8th March - London Tigers 1 AFC Dunstable 3
Making the trip to West London on a Tuesday night is never easy, so to come away with the 3 points was a very important victory. As usual with the pitch at Avenue Park, it was not the best and with 5 bulbs out on the floodlights, it made it even more difficult.
Tigers took the lead on 15 minutes with a fantastic strike from 20 yards. AFC eventually drew level just before the break when Jermaine Hall headed home a Moses Olaleye cross.
Half time: London Tigers 1 AFC Dunstable 1
With the game becoming a stalemate, Tigers centre forward received his 2nd yellow card on the hour and for the next 10 minutes they seemed to lose the plot. In that time AFC took advantage. Firstly BJ Christie scored his 38th goal of the season and when he was fouled in the penalty area, Leon Cashman smashed home the spot kick.
The visitors could have increased their lead as a few more chances were created.
